      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Payless ShoeSource (Topeka, KS) en mai 2016

      Entretien

      I had the worst experience I've ever had interviewing with Payless. My interview was canceled by the HR Department 3 times! Each time it was canceled 30 minutes or 1 hour before it was supposed to start. It had multiple processes to it-- first a phone "talk" where the HR professional describes the position. Then another "phone talk" where the same person describes the position AGAIN. Then an in-person semi structured interview with 3 different people at three different times. By semi structured I mean that they had a sheet of paper with 6 questions and they randomly asked 3 of the 6 questions each. My friends and I received different questions for each of our interviews. The interview process was even worse because two other applicants and I are close friends. One of them got an interview fast and it took about a month to go through the process (she got her first interview canceled on her 2 times as well about 30 minutes before each interview). Until finally they told her they "had decided to go with another candidate". At which point (a month after the first contact) I received an email from them asking for my FIRST "phone talk". They canceled on me 3 times. My second friend got an interview after my first "phone talk", her interview was canceled 1 time and she was rejected. Overall the process was just horrible. It took about 4 months after I applied before I heard back from them about a "phone talk". At least they sent the rejection from the in-person interview in a timely fashion. They were still looking for an OD intern 1 week before they told my first friend the internship would start. Overall just a horrible process.
