I only made it to the first round, but the interview was a fairly dense screener. We went into depth on some of the technological asks of the role, and then spoke in greater detail on the company itself. While I didn’t make it any further, I appreciate that I received an email follow up detailing the reasons why other candidates were a better fit.

4 step interview process, it was overall a positive experience. I passed all 4 and was left with the impression I’d be selected for the position, but after a week I was a bit disappointed to receive a generic email I was not chosen. It would have been appreciated to have feedback or a phone call as opposed to a generic email. Felt disrespectful for the time it was invested for all stages of the interviews
