The interview process started with a phone interview with the Recruiter to discuss open roles and my background. Then, the next step was a two round panel interview with the hiring managers.

Entretien
Phone interview, zoom interview with hiring manager and zoom interview with the department manager. There are 3 interviews in total that a person needs to go through. The phone interview lasted over 30 minutes.
The reviewer was very rude and condescending. I cant say for certain what the interviewers issue was. But after the encounter I decided paycor was not a company I would like to work for.
