After submitting my application, I received an email from a recruiter to set up a phone screening. From there, I got a second call to set up an interview practice through the phone with my recruiter and a date and time for an in-person interview. Directions were provided prior to the interview, and the interview itself was allocated for an hour. They gave me a 48 hour time frame to either accept or deny me an offer. After the acceptance call, they emailed out more information regarding the job on-boarding process.

Had a phone interview and an in person interview. Process was simple and they expected the STAR approach to answering questions. There were 3 people that interviewed me, all were fairly easy-going.

One round phone interview and second round in person interview. Very smooth process which wasn’t very difficult. Asked about previous experiences and your knowledge about tax. The recruiters were friendly and personable during the whole process.

A very mellow and interactive interview process. Both ladies were very informative and helpful throughout their questioning and with my questions. I loved how it was a more lengthy interview rather than a very short “ tell me about yourself and why you are good for the job” having more time with both interviewers gave me more information of how paycom thinks, moves, and what it requires from their employees.
