we started with a preliminary phone call. next, I engaged in a zoom interview with lower-level managers. Finally, I had a zoom interview with higher-level managers. After the final interview, it took a few days for them to reach out and tell me they were going in a different direction.

1 phone, 2 in person interviews. 1 assessment and alot of questions to make sure you are a good fit. There is a walk around the building and everyone is very polite and nice and it seems very diverse as far as culture here.
