Recruiter interview - unpleasant and unfriendly and made me nervous to answer any question, even the easy ones. He seemed to be in a bad mood the moment we got on the phone. There was no introduction and the recruiter jumped right into the standard questions. His response was. “Ok” and then asked the next question.
We strive to provide each candidate with an excellent interview experience and that includes great communication. If you feel comfortable, we’d like to learn more about your review. Please reach out to us at feedback@paycomonline.com.

It’s a 3-step interview process. First, the recruiter set up a 30-minute screening call with me to talk about goals and qualifications. Then, he said I was qualified so he recommended me to the hiring team. I did a 1 hour in person interview. My interviewers were very nice. They created a relaxed environment and stressed that they prefer to call it a conversation rather than interview, which really put me at ease. I feel confident that I did well largely because of how comfortable they made me feel. The interviewers were the ID team lead and the team lead of the content design department, which works closely with ID. If I get a call back, I will be invited to do a final interview with the department supervisor. If that’s successful, I’ll get the job. I haven’t gotten an offer yet as the interviews are still ongoing, but if I do get an offer, I plan to accept.
