After applying online, an HR team member reached out to schedule an introductory call. I responded with availability, and she never responded to that—a little inconsiderate but no big deal, I figured they moved forward with someone else.
However, a week later I received a system email 'confirming my election to withdraw from the interview process'. I never withdrew and was never contacted about this.

2 rounds both panel. First round was with hiring manager and another product manager on team. Next round with was another group product manager and director. Entire process took about 2-3 weeks

Interview process was very thorough. However, on-site was a requirement. The managers were very kind. They used their own ATS system. The recruiter was on top of everything. It would be nice if the interviews were remote.
