This was without a doubt the worst interview experience i've ever had. I applied online and got a phone interview and it went well. Recruiter seemed nice and I had a good time talking to him. It was after that everything went downhill. I was completely ghosted. I never heard from the recruiter again. I followed up 3 times sending very polite emails and he just ignored me. There is absolutely nothing more rude than doing this. I checked my email nonstop for 2.5 weeks just hoping to hear from him and got nothing. I'm sure Paycom is a fun company to work for but fix your recruiting. I'd much rather be rejected than keep holding out hope. Terrible experience. Won't ever be applying here again.
