I originally applied for Paycom Specialist and I got a call for an interview about two days after applying. Went in for my interview and was told that I wasn't right for the position. But they felt that I was right for paycom. So I went in to interview for about three other positions until we found the right one for me. It was a really long, frustrating process but it all worked out in the end. The stress and countless interviews were worth it for a company like this.

The process has been very good. For starters, i received a phone call from a recruiter getting to know me. Once i had interview she called to give me the results and helped me apply for a more sitable position. She was friendly and professional and knowledgable.
