We appreciate your interest in Paycom. We evaluate every applicant’s profile against the requirements of the position and standards of the company. As part of the application process, we look at several qualifications: experience, GPA (if applicable), assessment results, completeness or thoroughness of the application and overall work history. You may be confusing Paycom’s CEO with our director of implementation or a regional implementation manager as our CEO does not participate in the interview process. Additionally, Paycom is an innovative company and we invite our employees to share new ideas through surveys and opportunity for improvement submissions. Regarding our “not very lenient” time off policies, our employees receive a combination of PTO, sick leave, personal days and company holidays within their first year to use at their own discretion.
