There’s three phases. You meet with the recruiter, then hiring manager, then zone director. Be overly prepared as they ask for real life examples of how you achieve success. It is a true hunter role so you need experience finding new business versus selling company leads.

After submitting my resume a recruiter reached out and set up an initial interview. After that, you interview with a manager. If things progress you might come in for a role play or shadow someone in the field.

I was called for an initial phone interview. Then I was invited to a virtual interview. After that I was asked to meet with the hiring manager. I found it very way and straight forward.

Entretien
Recruiter phone interview. Interview with manager. 2 hour shadowing taken out of my full time workday and then a sales presentation interview. Was told I would hear back at the end of day after the presentation and heard nothing. Super bad look on the manager and company. Glad I dodged a bullet with this management and company! Unless you want hours of time wasted, I would steer clear.
