Referred, and had an initial call with a TA Manager who just talked about how they only hire GREAT people and expect greatness. She described next steps and after multiple follow up attempts, ghosted. Not even a rejection email.

Do Ghosts Exist? This company put me through three interviews and then *crickets* Despite my attempts to communicate with the recruiter, I was ghosted. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time and effort.
