I was contacted by an outside recruiting agency who connected me with PayPal. I interviewed the same week, it was a small panel interview (of 2) - standard interview questions, they were looking for specific instances regarding how situations were handled. I was told I would receive a hiring decision within the next few days (fingers crossed). Update: I was contacted the same day and moved forward in the screening process. Emails were sent immediately initiating the background screening and a formal offer was made upon clearing the background check.
