1. online submission of CV
2. online video interview (40min)
3. skype interview with two managers
The interview process' aim:
- to understand the real interest/passion of the candidate about paypal's business
- to make the candidate present his critical point of view about the specific business area he might going to work in

Question 1
the online video interview was focused on my attitude and my general thoughts about the future of online payments (you have around 2 minutes to answer to each question). For the Skype interview I was told to present my thoughts about a specific topic and to answer questions (50 min).
