The whole process was soooo long. It took almost 4 months from the screening call to the last step which was getting the background check results. Kroll is so slow on International hires.

Phone then 3 physical interviews First I had a first screening phone call with the talent acquisition manager. Then, I had a phone call with the hiring manager, a few days later. Then I was called for physical meeting at the office. Then I met hiring manager and 2 people of the team for three interviews in a row. Well organized, it was interesting, getting to know a panel of people of the team. a few days later I was discarded because of better candidates
