Step 2: Writing assignment to show how you would approach writing welcome notifications, emails, and other prompts.
Step 3: Half-day with multiple interviews. Share presentation with relevant work samples.

Hiring manager interview - great
Project presentation with other designer, hiring manager and 2 designers - tough but good
A few days later I was told it was a rejection with no further information. I asked for feedback and didn't get a reply. After putting in so much work and effort into the presentation, and then receiving no feedback on why I was rejected wasn't great.

My interview was unconventional. I went in to interview for a contract position and walked away with a full-time job.
I was asked to do a writing test, then two days later went in to the HQ in San Jose to present my answers. The offices were beautiful, the interviews were well-organized, and I felt totally at ease the whole time. I spent an hour presenting my writing test, then had hour-long interviews with 3 different groups. It was a long day, but so very worth it.
