Scheduled a first-round phone call with the Paypal recruiter and did not receive a call on the scheduled time. I emailed her requesting to reschedule. But the recruiter did not call on the rescheduled time either.
The second day I received a system-generated email saying the position is already filled.
I found the recruiter extremely unprofessional and the process a waste of time.

It was a total of 4 rounds and they asked competency and culture questions. No assessment or tests. Some of the interviewers include HR, hiring manager, skip level and peers.
