One of the most unusual experiences ever. While the process was very quick and efficient at the beginning (in one month I went through all stages, very impressive!), it surprisingly slowed down significantly after the last set of interviews. Finally, despite positive feedback during and after interviews, I received a negative answer after 2.5 months of waiting. Interviews itself were pretty good. There were quite few questions concerning experience and my interest in the company. I was also asked to prepare a business case and present it in front of potential future colleagues. While the whole process could be assessed very positively till the end set of interviews, very significant delay and poor communication pushing me to assess negatively the whole experience.

I applied online. It was a standard process. HR screening followed by a hiring manager interview. The process took over 2 weeks. Asked about my background and questions specific about the role.
