It was a group interview, they had us work as a group to solve a puzzle. It was something weird like “you’re on a plane and it crashes in the woods- what would be the most important things”, it was kind of awkward all around

1st round HR (basic introduction and salary expecations)
2nd round operations (situation based)
Prepare for any past experiences that you can relate with current role which tests your communication skills, organization skills

tout est tres clair et le personnel HR est tres a l'ecoute
le processus est assez simple
la plupart s'effectue a distance, le dernier entretien etait sur place
J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez PayPal (Dublin, Dublin)

Lack of communication between management and recruiter, bad explanation on next steps, wrong approach with talents.
No fair opportunities and always the same people do interview for the role despite many manager working in the same department
