Phone interview, took about 15 min to complete. A hiring agent will first contact you via email and set up a time for you to do a phone interview. Once they ask their questions they send your answers to their hiring managers who will then decide to follow up and schedule you for a group interview.

Entretien
The recruiter rescheduled our phone screening interview three times, the last time just 10 minutes before the interview. During the call, he was polite, courteous and asked the usual behavioural questions.
He ghosted me after the interview, and I did not hear back, even though I followed up with an email.
The manner in which this is handled is extremely unprofessional since even an automatic email would yield a conclusion to the interview process.

Entretien
Interview process straightforward and efficient, 3 part process with language assesment included, one on one with managers and HR for basic interview questions. They are generally very friendly and the meetings are enjoyable.
3 steps - 20 min phone call with hr, 30 min video interview with hr, and 1 hour video interview with managers, plus language proficiency test. 2 weeks total.
