I applied for this role and it took 3 weeks for an initial response to set up a phone interview. I got to the next round, had my interview, which I thought went well. It's now another three weeks later and after multiple follow ups with the recruiter, I have yet to hear anything if I even moved to the next round. Not only is that rude, but puts a bad taste in your mouth to even want to work here.
