      The interview process was disappointing, particularly the technical round. Despite being informed that the session would last 1.5 hours, it ended abruptly after just 15 minutes, based solely on a single coding question. This felt rushed and did not allow for a proper assessment of my skills or experience. The technical interview involved three people, which seemed excessive given the simplicity of the task, a basic code review. The interviewer insisted that I think out loud throughout the process, which added unnecessary pressure and made it difficult to focus. This approach felt counterproductive, as most real-life development scenarios do not involve solving problems under such conditions. Allowing quiet time to process and respond would have been far more effective in evaluating technical competence. The abrupt ending of the interview and the lack of depth in the evaluation process suggest that the company’s methods are not geared toward providing a fair opportunity for candidates to demonstrate their potential. The experience also raised concerns about professionalism, as one of the interviewers came across as dismissive, and the overall atmosphere did not feel welcoming. This process could benefit from significant improvements, such as creating more realistic assessments, providing adequate time for candidates to showcase their skills, and ensuring that interviews are conducted in a respectful and unbiased manner. Based on this experience, it is difficult to recommend this company to other candidates.
