They lied to me. I applied online and then someone from the company called me and asked if I could come in for an interview. The day I arrived for me interview I saw a bunch of other people also there and thought something was up. I was then informed they wanted the other applicants and myself to take a bunch of assessments. I was caught totally offguard and did not perform well on the assessments and did not advance to the next step. Had they told me I was going to be taking some assessment tests I would have been better mentally prepared.
