I applied via employee referral online and was contacted a few days after for a video interview. The video interview lasted about 30 minutes and was fairly casual, mostly asking about my previous work experience and how it relates to the position. Taylor (my interviewer) emailed me the same evening with a few times to come in for an in-office interview, which we scheduled for the following Thursday (it was Monday). My in-office interview lasted 2 hours, during which time I met with 4 members of the Implementation team (2 managers and 2 Team Leads) for a half-hour each. They were warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to. They asked a lot of questions about communication style, dealing with difficult clients, working collaboratively, and staying organized amidst a lot of responsibility. I had prepared a few work-related anecdotes to answer questions along those lines, so I felt pretty confident during each interview. I also enjoyed talking with them; each person was charismatic and easy-going. The last manager walked me to my car and said I should hear within a few days. The next day Taylor emailed me to ask for a few references, and by the following Wednesday I had been offered the position.

You apply online and then a phone screen. If you pass the phone screen, you get an in person if you pass the phone screen. The job description on their site did not match what the recruiter stated I'd actually be doing, which led me to think they were a bit misleading and this in turn left an odd impression and bad taste in my mouth. I think the recruiter could tell too because I was asked three times if I was okay with what I'd be doing after she gave me the description.
