Entretien
There was alot of promises made during the interview that has not been meet and at this point in time, the will not be meet.
1. The do not provide gloves any more!
2. They do not provide DOT logs any more, which is as problem as Xata (their E-log system) is not compatible with the computers in their new trucks.
3. They state that the min you will make is $240 per day, this is actually the max unless you run more than 350 miles.
4. They also stated that you would be paid $40 for backhauls, and a $25 scanning bonus is your scan rate is 95% or better for that route. This is not true, becasue if your route does not pay more than $240, you will not be paid for the backhaul nor will you receive the scanning bonus!
Entretien
the interview process was quick and easy, to bad the person I interviewed with was not the manger I would be working for. The interview does not perpare you for what you will really be doing and is nothing like they tell you it will be. The pay they tell you in the interview is way lower than what you really get.

He Interviewed me and liked that I had previous food service experience. The interview was short and he only asked questions about my previous job. He said the pay was an average of 57k per year and only after being hired I found out that was a lie. They have so much of a turn over rate I was pretty much hired on the spot, which makes sense because they will hire the most irrelevant workers for this job. If you have a CDL you can pretty much get a job here even if you are not in good physical shape.
