      J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Patchwork Health en juin 2024

      Entretien

      Applied through an agent and the process took 2 weeks. The first round was very general chat about the role, company and my experience with an HR representative. The second one was a technical chat with 2 engineers half of the experience and knowledge I have. It went really well. I believe, I shined, and answered all the tech questions they had. I explained in details how and why I made tech decisions in my past, and what was the benefit and trade-off of every decision. So, we were very much alike. On the top of that, I had huge experience in the type of work what they are doing now, so I could have brought tons of experience to the table. So, I was curious about next steps and/or a potential offer. But instead of that, the agent came back to me with a negative answer based on some non-sense about culturally not fitting the company. What does that even mean? I don't know, because the agent has been ghosting me since then...

We’re really disappointed to hear that the recruitment agency may have provided a poor standard of feedback - this falls short of how we expect our external talent partners to operate. When recruitment agencies are involved in our hiring processes we must respect non-direct candidate contact boundaries, which is why in the instance of a non-direct application we provide the feedback to the recruitment agency and ask them to tell their candidates to reach out to us to discuss feedback further. Please feel free to reach out directly to the People Team and we’d be happy to provide the detailed feedback that was given to your recruitment agency to pass onto you. We naturally want to understand more about where your experience with our external talent partner fell short so we can work with our partners to ensure a great experience for all candidates in future.

      Avoid at all cost, Don’t waste your time Recruiter head hunted me went through 5 interviews Intro call with recruiter Take home assignment Code pairing interview System design Call with CTO The whole process took about 2weeks And I received great feedback, but the recruiter mentioned at the end that the priorities of business the have changed and they can no longer offer me the role, Very unprofessional wasting candidates time and energy, why bother reaching out on LinkedIn and going through the whole process only for the business to change it’s priority with in week and waste everyone’s time
