I applied through an online jobsite and was contacted via email by Passport Health. The email invited me to complete an online assessment. I completed the online assessment and was contacted via email to set up a time for a video interview. The interview was confirmed. I signed on for the interview at the scheduled day and time but no one showed. I sent an email to the nurse recruiter as well as a phone call leaving a VM. I did not get a response that day so I called back the next day and was informed an office emergency came up. The interview was scheduled for the next day (one hour earlier than what was agreed to). The video interview lasted 5 minutes and I was offered an opportunity to have an "observation" in one of the local offices. A few hours before the interview I was sent an email asking if I was still interested in the position. I answered that I would follow up after the scheduled "observation" for that day. I spent 3 hours with the Registered Nurse assigned to the local office who discussed the position in detail and showing me how actual patient appointments were completed (great nurse!). I emailed the nurse recruiter that evening letting her know I was interested in the position. I did not hear back from the recruiter so I gave her a call a few days later and left a VM. I got a one sentenced email back stating the position had been filled. Great company not so great with the recruiting process.
