There were 4 rounds in the interview process. First round was with the recruiter. The second one was with the hiring manager. The third round was with technical team members. The fourth one with the hiring manager and a VP. Once the interview rounds were done, I received an offer, and once we figured all the details out, the company initiated a background check. Overall, I felt the hiring process was robust and professional. It actually made me feel I was dealing with a serious company.
