Process consisted of a 15 minute screening call and then an in-person interview with Human Resources and the CEO about a week later. The interview was approximately 30 minutes. They then did a brief tour of part of the building. The questions were facilitated by the HR employee and the CEO. He also offered a position on the spot, but was not for position posted. It was for a part time contract position when I was applying for a full time position.
