Very easy and straightforward. One phone interview then offer. They asked me questions about myself and time management adn did not inquire as to specifics on the federal workforce or the Partnership's focus areas.

It was a phone interview where they asked a lot of common behavioral questions. Several questions were about group work and team collaboration. One piece of advice would be to make sure to indicate your interest in public service.
