The interviewer forgot the interview and never apologized or explained what happened. It was a bizarre experience and made me rethink the organization's reputation.
The second attempt was fine and the interviewer set a tone saying the organization is a great place to work and they "don't just hire anybody" and why people have to prove themselves to even get past the first interview. It was all very odd.
