I submitted a cover letter and resume through email. Got a email to come in for an interview about 3 weeks later. I went in for interview. It was short and fairly straightforward. I interviewed with my immediate supervisor and department head. I think they call your references? I started later than i was supposed to start but got the job. Very simple process
