Reached out through linked in to get an initial call. The recruiter was knowledgeable and answered most of my questions. Some questions she'd follow up with her colleagues for and I expect a response within the week.

Informal interview process with 30 mins discussion over the telephone followed by an in-person interview. Very relaxed interview with none of the cliche interview questions. The focus of the interview was primarily on my experience and motivation for joining the firm. The interviewer allowed me to ask numerous questions a the end of the interview, which was very informative.
