I applied online and heard from a recruiter 6 weeks later. I had a 15 minute interview over the phone with a director. We talked briefly about my qualifications, the salary, and the start date and it was over. I was then invited for an on-site two weeks later. The recruiter who was organizing the on-site was extremely unresponsive and unhelpful (I had to follow up twice just to confirm the date of the interview).
The on-site lasted 3 hours, I met with four people, and didn't receive any feedback about hiring timeline when I left. I followed up with written and emailed thank you notes and never got a response. A week later I received an automated email saying I didn't get the role.

The interview process was straight forward. Communication with the recruiter was great along the way, and overall, the processed was polished. I interviewed with 4 different people and did a take home case study.

Online application, took a very long time to get back to applicants—had to follow up with them in order to receive response but did eventually receive it. It’s very important to have strong social skills and to be charismatic.
