The interview process was a long process that took over one month to complete and included many steps. There was the initial video interview, then an in person interview, peer interview, and then a shadowing experience for a few hours.

It was a group interview - so 3 employees and then myself. It was very structured, then it was relaxed after the formal questioning.
They also had an opportunity to shadow on the unit.
