Very lengthy process. The whole process took over a month. They were late to the interview every time. They ask for a questionnaire to be completed which is very lengthy then a writing sample, which I am fine with providing, but asking for all that and multiple interviews over a month or more is a bit excessive.

Very lengthy, multiple interviews, personality tests, and a questionnaire. After I completed all the interviews and did everything else they asked, they checked my background (which is clean) and called my references (they all gave me stellar recs) they sent me a very generic, impersonal email stating the company chose to go in a different direction. After spending multiple hours on interviews and preparations, and after wasting the time of my references, I expected a more personal message. When I asked what I could have done to change the outcome, I was ghosted.
