Applied online. Within a week, I was given a phone call from HR where I was asked general questions about my experience, it was a fairly casual conversation. I was invited to an in-person interview about a week later where I was asked further questions about experience and was given a small logic test. The result of the application was sent by email two weeks later.

It was a great experience. once your resume is selected there can be an online test then after if you are selected, the interview will be conducted. the interview lasts about 30 min.
