There were a few stages to the interview. One was phone call where we just called and chatted. The second one was with 3 of managers and the last one was with the director. The interview process was really about aligning both parties expectation and see if it is a good fit.

Started with a phone interview with HR, leading to another one with a hiring manager. Afterwards, had a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager along with 2 other managers (one through video) on the same day as a report-writing test and an excel test. The excel test mainly involved knowing formulas for calculations while the report writing test may require some bit of information scavenging. Later on, had a final interview with the Director in Singapore. The whole process took roughly a month and a half. HR is super nice and the interviews are fairly straightforward.
