Applied online. I had given up on it but two months after I applied I received an email asking if I was still interested. Soon thereafter, I had a phone interview with a college relations coordinator. A few simple questions, about a 10 minutes long. Then I had an in person interview with what would become my intern supervisor (who was a Marketing Manager) and another manager who I would soon work with. About 30 minutes long. Questions about what I knew about the Entertainment and Media industry, my educational background, resume points, why did I want to intern at Viacom, and a breakdown about what I would be doing and what the department is all about. The next day I had a quick 10 minute long phone interview with another manager I would be working closely with (who wasn't able to attend the in person interview).. Next day got the YES.

Consist of two rounds. 2 week turnaround time.The recruiters are friendly and straightforward. A verbal offer is possible. Keep answers concise, yet fun! The interviewers want to know about your professional and personal experiences. Will last no more than 30 minutes!
