I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at CBS Interactive in August 2012.
Interview Details – Super communicative HR hiring manager. I received updates weekly and they let me know that I had a good chance of getting the position. Negotiating was the next possible step. HR definitely like personality- so just be yourself!

Entretien
Nicely, around 20 mins, the office is big, 3 people interviewed me. I was waiting for 15 mins, people came in are director, designer and another guy. They asked me about my basic information and viewed my previous projects, very friendly
