I signed up with a Technical Recruiter at KForce, a technical staffing agency. The Technical Recruiter interviewed me in person and later submitted me to the Manager of Development at All About Staffing, a start-up company that was a wholly owned subsidiary of HCA Inc. KForce arranged a F2F interview. At the interview, I was required to complete over 30 pages of preliminary paperwork including the Minnesota Multiphasic before the personal interview. A day later, I received a job offer from KForce, who placed me at All About Staffing in a Contract to Perm position as a Technical Writer.
