The hiring manager made contact through email to set up interview. During interview they asked 10 questions, with a few follow up questions. Both on the hiring panel were professional and personal.

The interview process is a nightmare. Expect it to take several weeks to be onboarded. You may have tp repeat interview steps several times. It took almost 8 weeks between my first interview and my start date.

Interviewed by video chat (even though I live nearby). Must pass a drug test and BG check. If you work in the store you can be a medical mj patient. If you drive or deliver then no.

Boiler plate stuff. "Tell us a time you experienced a challenge and how did you overcome it, etc." There are alot of millennials working here who think they are the next Tony Robbins. I had one interviewer explain that sharks will simply give up trying to eat and starve to death if they do not succeed at catching food. This was used as an analogy for continuing to try. I suggest they try reading better motivational books and take a science class.
This is an agile/scrum modeled company so daily stand up and that nonsense occurs at all levels not just the software developers.
