The next step was an in-person interview, where I was asked questions related to my understanding of security protocols, how I would handle emergency situations, and how I stay vigilant during long shifts. They also presented hypothetical situations, asking how I would respond in scenarios involving conflict or potential threats. Finally, there was a discussion about the company’s expectations, including scheduling and potential risks involved in the job. Overall, the process tested not only my knowledge and skills but also my ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
