The owner made 3 different appointments to meet with me, she rescheduled twice then she finally met with me but when I arrived she had forgotten that she was meeting with me. The interview was very unprofessional with a lot of conversion about her (the owner) life, connections and a a great deal of name dropping. She did not get in depth with me on my experience, specialties or the type of position that I was most interested in finding. I also found out that she had sent me resume to her client before getting my permission or actually meeting with me. I was offered a position but a much lower career and compensation level than I currently have, there was no opportunity for growth either. This whole experience was a huge waste of time for me, I am sorry I took time away for work for this unpleasant experience.
