Entretien
4 rounds of interviews: Screen, Behavioral with brain teaser questions, 2 Technical
1 Technical was with the partner company C3.AI, 1 technical with an Paradyme Engineer, and the rest were with Paradyme Hiring Team. After 3rd Interview, they were on a hiring freeze for about a month. Then I did my last interview and was ghosted by the recruiters for another month or so. I received a very low offer compared to the range listed. I tried to negotiate the offer by setting up a meeting. They gave no response until the offer ended up being rescinded with no reasoning besides “not being able to meet it” and no option to accept the original offer.

Entretien
Three interviews total, the first two are well described in other reviews. Third interview, unbeknownst to me, was with a fellow at C3.AI who was in no way affiliated with Paradyme (worked in the state/local division of C3.AI, hadn't even heard of Paradyme). Not a hard interview, just changing the order of fields in a json object and a few other transformations. Ghosted after that.
