I sat at a table waiting 2 hours for my interview, which should have been my first red flag to leave. The first sentence from the manager I spoke with right after salutations, I believe his name was Keith. “Okay so don’t argue me. If you start with me, it will not end well. If you argue, you won’t make it long here”… me:”ummm okay no problem” I honestly did not know what to say, it was so aberrant for a first impression. I always come in well dressed to my interviews, speak to everyone I come in contact with. I was quite frankly shocked. The rest of the interviews with other managers were okay. The interview with the GM was extremely long not because it was going well but due to him wanting to make sure I was a right fit for the job and culture, which seems good but really it felt like because of their lack of direction and ‘control’, he was trying to see if I would put up with their faults long enough for it to be worth training me.

The interview was out of the blue. But the interviewer seemed busy but understanding , the interviewer asked multiple questions and repeated multiple questions as well. I did wait 2 weeks unfortunately I never got a call back.
