First, you have an informal chat with a member of the sales team followed by an interview with HR a few days later. The team is very unprofessional and didn't take the time to respond with an outcome to the interview. Other people I know that applied have also had negative experiences. You don't know who the people you're interviewing's connections are and the company won't last long in the UK market with this attitude.
