In person interview - ask a lot about customer service experience and how you would respond in different customer service situations. They ask about your favorite products that the company sells and how you would recommend products to customers

In person interview with manager. Happened to have 2 locations in my area so talked to the main manager of the 2. Very easy process was offered pretty much on the spot.
