In person panel interview - good mixture of thoughtful and insightful questions which allowed good insight to the job role, culture and environment. Mixture of panel of senior owners, HR and direct managers and very different personality types so you had to really amend your presentation skills for each one and read the room quickly which added another level of good challenge
