I applied online and received a phone call the next day to set up an interview. I was interviewed by two different managers and they each asked generally the same questions. The questions were very basic and the interviewers were very easy to talk to. At the end of the interview, they offered me a job and wanted me to start the next day!

Very informational, Showed me around the restaurant, made me feel comfortable. She knew exactly how we wanted to treated in a work environment She taught us things even at the interview on how to cook, clean, and went over basic rules on Panera bread guidelines.

They ask you a few questions about yourself and why you chose this company. They also ask if you are looking long term or short term. Personally was a very quick interview.
